Production Process Of Industrial Wet Wipes

1. Material selection and pretreatment
The raw materials of industrial wet wipes are pulp, water and additives, of which pulp is the most important raw material. Pulp can be used in the production of industrial wipes after chemical pulp, mechanical pulp, wood pulp, etc., which need to be stirred and pulped before it can be used in the production of industrial wipes.
2. Stirring pulping
The pulp is mixed with water in proportion, and the slurry is formed after stirring, and the pH value and viscosity of the slurry are adjusted by adding other additives.
3. Coating
Coating is one of the most critical links in the production process of industrial wet wipes. On the coater, the prepared slurry is evenly applied on one or more layers of liner paper. The coating machine adopts uniform speed drum or spray coating, and the coating amount and coating area can be adjusted according to the product requirements.
Fourth, cutting
Cutting is the process of cutting the coated paper into a shaped size according to the requirements. There are two commonly used methods of cutting: roll cutting and flat cutting.
5. Folding
After cutting, industrial wipes need to be folded into a certain size to make them easy to pack and use. According to the product requirements, it can be folded in a single sheet, multiple sheets at the same time, etc.
6. Packaging
The folded industrial wipes are packaged, and the commonly used packaging methods are bags, boxes, etc. Attention needs to be paid to sealing and waterproofing when packaging to keep industrial wipes moist and hygienic.
7. Quality control
The quality control of industrial wet wipes needs to be strengthened from many aspects such as material selection, production, and packaging. Among them, pulp quality, coating uniformity, cutting dimensional accuracy, packaging tightness and waterproofness are all key points that need to be paid attention to. In addition, microbiological and chemical indicators are tested to ensure that the product meets the relevant standards.
