Disinfection Method And Cleaning Process Of Anti-static Clothing

Anti-static clothing is to ensure the safety of the work area and avoid some product quality problems and other hazards caused by pollution in the working process, so the regular disinfection and cleaning of anti-static clothing have its strict procedures.
The disinfection methods and procedures of anti-static clothing are as follows:
1. After work, the employees of each department will put the dirty anti-static clothing in the designated place, and the locker room management personnel will be responsible for sending it to the laundry room for cleaning.
2. The laundry staff will classify the anti-static clothing according to the cleanliness level, and carry out the disinfection and cleaning process according to the cleanliness level.
3. Some dirty work clothes need to be washed by hand before washing in the washing machine.
4. After the anti-static clothing is washed and dried in the washing machine, it is ironed smoothly, folded neatly, packaged and ordered, and the quantity is neatly arranged on the hanger according to the workshop serial number. The broken ones that do not meet the requirements will be scrapped and replaced with new anti-static clothing.
5. The drying room should be equipped with ozone sterilizer or other ozone disinfection equipment to disinfect the dried clothes in a unified manner.
