ESD Anti Static Wrist Strap is designed to safely discharge static electricity from operators and prevent damage to sensitive electronic components caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).

The wrist strap features conductive materials and a reliable grounding cord, providing stable static control performance during electronic assembly, semiconductor manufacturing, and cleanroom operations.

With adjustable design and comfortable wearing performance, it is suitable for long-term use in ESD-controlled environments.

1. Anti Static Heel Strap
Composed of conductive rubber, adjustable velcro and conductive webbing, practical and easy to use.
2. Conductive Rubber Band
Synthetic rubber, surface resistance:10E3ohm(Black Layer)
3. Conductive Band
Resistance to ground 10E6 Ohm
4. Types of Heel Grounder
Toe grounder: ideal for high heel when standard heel grounder won't soles for long life span.
5. Colour
Blue/black(blue layer resistance 10E6-10E9 ohm)
6. Conductive Tape
Length: 400-450mm

Thickness: 1.8±0.1mm(cutomized available)

ESD Heel Strap Usage:

1. Place the heel grounder on the shoe so that the cup is lining the shoe.
2. Insert the grounding tab inside of the shoe and under the foot. Make sure that solid contact is made between the sock and the foot. Cut grounding tab to length.
3. Fasten the straps together around the tongue of the shoe.
4. Test each heel grounder to confirm proper installation.
