Eco-Friendly Absorbent Socks

The outer layer is made of polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric, and the inside is filled with BLF absorbent particles.
The absorbent particles contain inorganic mineral components.

This product absorbs all industrial chemical solvents and household oily liquids, such as gasoline, diesel, engine oil, petroleum, oil-based paints, cooking oil, toluene, xylene, formaldehyde, methanol, ethanol, and all aromatic hydrocarbon organic chemicals.

Due to its environmental friendliness, this product is widely used both domestically and internationally to prevent and control spills, oil leaks, and pollution on water surfaces (including waterborne vessels) and land, such as in maritime oil spill emergency response, ports and docks, shipping vessels, coastal defense, road transportation, oil companies, oil/chemical storage companies, refineries, oil depots, chemical plants, fire departments, environmental cleanup companies, municipal water treatment plants, and auto repair shops, for dealing with oil and chemical leaks, splashes, and spills.

The absorption capacity is 6-8 times the weight of the absorbent particles (each kilogram of absorbent particles can absorb approximately 6-8 kilograms of oil and chemical liquids), and there is no re-seepage.

4. Toxic Hazard Identification: This product is not classified as a toxic hazardous material.
5. Radiation Hazard Identification: This product is not classified as a radioactive hazardous material.
6. Corrosion Hazard Identification: This product is not classified as a corrosive hazardous material.
7. Ecological Information Hazard Identification: It does not hydrolyze, is non-toxic to fish and algae, does not cause the accumulation of toxic substances in organisms, and is not biodegradable.

The adsorbent particles consist of inorganic materials, resistant to high temperatures ranging from 900°C to 1100°C. They will not burn when exposed to high heat or open flames. These adsorbent particles are fire-resistant and can be used for fire suppression.
When hydrocarbon chemicals or oils are burning, the particles can be directly poured onto the flames to extinguish the fire, as the inorganic nature of the adsorbent cuts off the oxygen supply, extinguishing the fire.

1. After adsorbing oil spill pollutants, the adsorbent particles remain solid, making it easy to clean up, collect, and bag for removal from the site.
2. If flammable oils are adsorbed by the particles, they can be treated and recycled according to the nature of the oils.
3. For adsorbent particles that have absorbed toxic, explosive, or volatile chemicals, they should be handled in accordance with the "Solid Waste Pollution Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China," or bagged and promptly returned to the original manufacturer or relevant units for proper disposal.

Storage Location: Dry areas.

Storage Temperature: In the air, without direct sunlight.

Under proper storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of three years.
