Our SMT stencil cleaning wiper roll is a dedicated cleanroom consumable designed for automated PCB solder paste printing equipment. It adopts a composite double-layer structure mixed with 55% natural wood pulp cellulose and 45% polyester fiber, manufactured under strictly controlled dust-free production environment to cut fiber shedding and particle pollution.
This wiping roll features powerful absorption of solder paste, flux, IPA and various cleaning solvents. Its excellent wet tensile strength avoids breakage during continuous automatic wiping cycles, effectively clearing residual solder paste inside stencil apertures to eliminate printing defects like bridging, insufficient tin and offset paste.
Static-dissipative material formula prevents static buildup on the stencil surface, protecting sensitive silicon chips and circuit boards from electrostatic damage.
