Our 2 ply polyester cleanroom wipes are professional contamination control consumables tailored for high-standard dust-free workshops. Made of 100% continuous filament polyester with double-layer quilted double-knit structure, the wiper is washed by deionized water and packaged in ISO Class 5 cleanroom to strictly reduce fiber shedding and particle residues.
Adopting laser or ultrasonic sealed edge craft, it avoids loose thread pollution during wiping work. The thick two-ply design greatly improves absorbency and wet tensile strength, capable of quickly absorbing IPA, flux, oil stains and fine dust without tearing. Low ion content and low non-volatile residues make it safe for semiconductor, medical and optical precision production.
