1. Under normal circumstances, anti-static ESD clothing should be worn when explosive gas mixtures appear continuously, frequently appear or exist for a long time, or when explosive gas mixtures may appear, and the minimum ignition energy of combustibles is less than 0.25mj.
2. In flammable and explosive occasions, do not wear anti-static ESD clothing.
3. Do not attach or wear any metal objects on anti-static clothing.
4. When wearing anti-static ESD clothing, it should also be paired with anti-static shoes, and the ground should also be equipped with anti-static flooring and grounding system.
5. Anti-static ESD clothing should be kept clean and adhere to anti-static performance. After use, wash and wipe with a soft brush and a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent without damaging the fabric.
6. Anti-static overalls can be cleaned with neutral detergent. When washing clothes, do not mix them with other clothes. Hand wash or washer soft wash to prevent conductive fibers from breaking.
7. After wearing it for a period of time, check the anti-static clothing. If the static performance does not meet the requirements of the standard, the ESD garment can no longer be used.
8. It is forbidden to wear or take off anti-static clothing in places where there is a risk of fire or explosion.
9. It is forbidden to wear metal objects on anti-static ESD clothing used in fire and explosion hazard places.
10. The outer garment should completely cover the inner garment. The top of the split should be large enough to cover the waistband, and the belt should not be exposed when bent.
11. Wearing anti-static ESD clothing in fire and explosion hazard places must be used in conjunction with anti-static shoes, clocks and watches stipulated in relevant national standards.
12. Anti-static ESD clothing should be kept clean and anti-static. After use, wash with a soft brush and cloth dipped in neutral detergent without damaging the fabric fibers.
Packaging, storage and transportation
During transportation, attention should be paid to covering the anti-static overalls, and the packaging should not be damaged to prevent sun exposure and high temperature contact.
Anti-static workwear should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent mildew and deterioration. During storage, the distance from the ground and walls should be greater than 200mm, and the distance from all heating elements should be greater than 1m. Avoid direct sunlight and strictly prohibit open air.
In the packaging and storage of anti-static wool knitwear, an appropriate amount of mothproofing agent should be added.

Anti-static workwear should be washed with a neutral detergent and should not be mixed with other clothing. Hand washing or washing machine should be used to avoid breakage of conductive fibers. The temperature of the washing water should be below 40°C, and the water at room temperature should be rinsed. The washing time should be as short as possible, but it must be rinsed well to remove residual detergent. Anti-static overalls with flame retardant and oil resistance shall not be decontaminated with bleaching powder or organic solvents.
