Adjustable ESD Heel Grounder Strap For Cleanroom EPA Area
Our ESD heel strap, also named anti-static heel grounder, is professional static control wearable equipment specially designed for Electrostatic Protected Areas (EPA) and cleanroom workshops. It is composed of double-layer conductive rubber, elastic band, adjustable hook & loop fastener and conductive grounding ribbon. When the conductive ribbon contacts human skin and the conductive rubber touches ESD anti-static floor, it builds a complete safe static discharge loop to continuously release static electricity accumulated on human body, avoiding irreversible damage to sensitive microchips, semiconductor wafers, electronic components and precision optical parts caused by static discharge.
This tether-free design allows staff free walking and movement on production lines without the limitation of wired ESD wrist straps.
